Finding Your Perfect Fit
While we offer three distinct programs, everyone’s body and activity levels are different. Meala is currently on soft opening and is unable to cater to everyone's specific needs. To ensure you are choosing the most effective plan for your health journey, we recommend taking these two steps before subscribing:

1. Calculate Your TDEE: Your Total Daily Energy Expenditure is an estimate of how many calories you burn per day. Knowing this number helps you decide if 1,200, 1,800, or 2,400 kCal is the right math for your goal. Check your TDEE here.
2. Consult a Professional: If you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are starting a significant new weight-loss journey, please consult your doctor.
